Terms for participation in the

Two-day Military Performance Trials

2012

The following conditions are to be met to be able to participate in the 64nd Two-day Military Performance Trails (TMPT), which are being organised by the Royal Association of Netherlands Reserve-Officers (KVNRO) and the Physical Training & Sports Organisation of the Royal Netherlands Army.

• Participants will abide by the regulations as drawn up by the organisation.

• Registration is specific to participants and is not transferable.

• Participation in the TMPT is at the participant’s own risk and responsibility.

• The participants must be in good condition and must have trained sufficiently to be able to take part responsibly in the TMPT. In case of doubt, a medical examination will be recommended.

• The KVNRO is not liable for damage and / or injury that participants may suffer as a result of participation in the TMPT, except in the event of gross negligence or intention on the part of KVNRO or personnel under its supervision.

• The KVNRO is not liable for damage and / or injury that third parties may suffer as a result of the TMPT taking place, except in the event of gross negligence or intention on the part of KVNRO or personnel under its supervision.

• Participants should take out comprehensive health insurance and valid third-party liability insurance.

• Participants details will be included in the TMPT registration. That data registration has been registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

• Participants consent to the use of their images in printed material, photographs, film, video, etc., for TMPT promotional purposes.

• Repayment of registration fees will only be done if the TMPT participant notifies the TMPT in writing prior to the 30^th of April 2012 that (s)he will not take part.

• If the TMPT is cancelled or rescheduled as a result of force majeur, the registration fees paid will not be returned by the KVNRO but applied against participation in a subsequent edition of the TMPT.
